1. Services Covered by This Policy

2. Digital Services and Refund Eligibility

Therefore, payments are not automatically refundable simply because a client changes their mind after work has started.

Refund eligibility depends on:

3. Advance Payments

6. Completed Services

Payments for services that have already been substantially completed are generally non-refundable.

  • Completed software development
  • Completed design work
  • Completed branding work
  • Completed SEO work
  • Completed digital marketing activities
  • Completed consulting
  • Completed maintenance work
  • Completed content or technical work

If a client identifies an issue relating to the agreed scope, Edigicom will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve the issue.

7. Website Development Refunds

Website development projects involve customized design, development, configuration, testing, integrations, and other work.

Once substantial development work has been completed, payments may become non-refundable.

If the delivered website does not substantially match the agreed project scope, the client should notify Edigicomicomfy promptly so that the issue can be reviewed and, where appropriate, corrected within the agreed scope.

Minor differences caused by technical limitations, browser differences, third-party services, or reasonable implementation variations do not automatically qualify for a refund.

8. Software and Web Application Development

Custom software and web application projects are developed according to agreed specifications.

If a client requests cancellation after development has commenced, refund eligibility will depend on:

  • Development completed
  • Project milestones achieved
  • Resources allocated
  • Third-party costs
  • Work already delivered
  • The applicable project agreement

Additional features or changes requested after approval may be treated as new or additional work rather than grounds for a refund.

9. SEO Services

SEO services are ongoing professional services and generally become non-refundable once the agreed work for a billing period has been performed.

SEO results depend on factors outside Edigicomfy’s direct control, including:

  • Search engine algorithms
  • Competition
  • Website quality
  • Content
  • Search demand
  • Industry conditions
  • Technical factors
  • Previous SEO activity
  • Actions of third parties

Therefore, a client is not entitled to a refund solely because a specific search ranking, traffic level, lead volume, or business result was not achieved.

10. Digital Marketing and Advertising Services

Digital marketing services may involve campaign planning, creative development, account management, optimization, reporting, and advertising management.

Once marketing work has been performed, the corresponding service fee may be non-refundable.

Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms are generally separate from Edigicomfy’s professional service fees.

Amounts paid to advertising platforms, payment processors, or other third parties may not be refundable by Edigicomfy where those amounts have already been spent or committed.

11. Branding, Graphic Design and Creative Services

For branding, graphic design, UI/UX, and creative projects, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work.

Payments may become non-refundable once:

  • Design work has commenced;
  • Concepts have been created;
  • Revisions have been provided;
  • Final artwork has been prepared; or
  • Deliverables have been approved.

Where revisions are included in the project, clients should use the agreed revision process before requesting cancellation.

12. Website Maintenance and Support Services

Maintenance and support services are generally billed for a defined period or according to an agreed plan.

Once maintenance or support services have been provided for the relevant period, the corresponding service fee is generally non-refundable.

If a maintenance subscription is cancelled before the next billing period, future charges may be stopped where applicable.
